Per accedere alla Beta Grid è necessario installare e scaricare l'apposito client:

Le spese sostenute sulla Beta Grid, cosi' come gli eventuali guadagni qui ricavati, sono fittizi: non si riflettono su inventario e 'portafogli' reali, cioe' quelli normalmente usati sulla Main Grid, e possono quindi venire trascurati.
Puo' essere conveniente ricorrere alla Beta Grid quando si stanno facendo delle prove con texture, animazioni e suoni - tutti questi oggetti infatti richiedono normalmente il pagamento di 10 L$ per venire uploadati in Second Life.
The Beta Test Grid is for testing purposes only. While user information is fetched from the main grid, all Linden Dollar, content, land, and other transactions are transitory. Updates made on the beta test grid will not be applied to the main grid. All users will have a starting amount of at least L$5000. As with objects, attachments, clothing, etc., any updates to a resident's account (including monetary transactions) on the beta test grid will *not* be reflected on the main grid. ------ NOTE: The Beta Test Grid environment is transitory and for testing purposes only! ------ The beta test grid's database snapshot is from October 30, 2007. If your account is newer than that date, or your password has changed since that date, you will be unable to access the beta test grid.
